Proxy Representation at the ConFERENCE

Every chapter should make its best effort to send a delegation to the conference. Since the roll will be taken of all chapters at the business meeting on Saturday, November 7, it's important that all currently active chapters be represented either in person or by proxy.

If your chapter cannot send a delegate to the conference, please contact another chapter to have one of their members who will be attending the conference act as your proxy. Any proxy must be a different individual from the voting delegate of the chapter to which he or she belongs.
