and to download all of the necessary forms.

The registration form must be completed by typing information

into the information fields of the Word document available through the link.

Printouts of the completed registration forms must then be sent to the address listed on the form,

along with appropriate registration fees.

Registration forms filled in by hand will be returned.

Competition entries must be submitted by following the process detailed on the entry forms.

The competition deadline has been extended to OCTOBER 22

because of an error in the e-mail address for AUDIO entries.

All electronic entries for the AUDIO competition

MUST BE RESUBMITTED using the currently posted form!

NEW audio and video entries will be also be accepted through the extended deadline.
